Woodard Cleaning and Restoration Commercial Flooring Technician in Saint Louis, Missouri

Our Commercial Flooring Technicians work to assist the Crew Chiefwith assessing customer needs, communicating expected outcomes, and completing cleaning assignments to company and customer quality expectations.

What You Will Do:
- Identify and understand flooring types, and choose the correct products and procedures to achieve maximum results on each
- Sweep, mop, polish, vacuum, shampoo, strip, wax, disinfect, and buff floors using approved agents, tools, equipment, and procedures
- Work quickly, efficiently, and effectively with minimal supervision
- Respond during on-call rotation and emergency rushes
What It Takes:
- Current, valid Driver's License
- Ability to obtain and maintain class E driver's license within 30 days of hire
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Many of our customers require background checks, drug screens, or vaccinations for entry into facilities. You should have the ability to comply with checks and/or show proof of vaccination status.
Scheduling:
The Commercial Carpet Cleaning Technician will join our second shift team. The hours are Mon - Fri (4:30pm-12:30am) and every other Saturday. This position also is responsible for responding to the on-call rotation and emergency rushes.
