Job Title: Internal Audit Associate

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct the full audit cycle, including assessing internal controls and risk management effectiveness.

  • Perform procedures to support the company’s annual SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) opinion.

  • Conduct technical accounting research and develop policies.

  • Review contracts for accounting implications.

  • Assist in preparing SEC filing documents, including 10-K/10-Q, Proxy Statements, earnings and press releases, related tables, disclosures, and tie-outs.

  • Serve as a technical accounting resource for the finance and accounting department, including implementing new accounting standards and conducting revenue recognition analysis.

  • Support the Manager of Accounting and Compliance in managing relationships with internal and external auditors and ensuring SOX compliance.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Saint Louis, Missouri and some days remote.
