Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an IT Service Associate Analyst to join their client's IT support job team. This individual will support all business units, divisions, and groups of users and vendors. The main priorities of this position are to make copies, maintain files, and complete routine reporting. Most of the day will consist of the use of printing systems, servers, applications, and devices administered by the client dealing with troubleshooting, incident tickets, media requests, and maintenance and repair to the Fleet, Print, and Media Center equipment. This role is 5 days onsite in St. Louis, MO.

Skills and Requirements
2+ years of experience working with troubleshooting systems, print servers, applications, and devices
Basic understanding of ticketing systems Programming and Scripting experience null
