Summary
Data Maintenance Manager
The Data Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of the organization's data assets. This role involves leading the DMO team, managing data entry processes, maintaining maintenance of data tables in OMS/CRM sales related systems, and ensuring compliance with data management policies.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Team Leadership
• Manage and mentor a team of data maintenance stewards, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and performance. Perform quality assurance on data accuracy.
• Serve as technical escalation point.
• Establish and monitor work and data accuracy of the Data Maintenance Team
-Perform Quality Assurance on data accuracy of the team and request clarification from team members.
• Assist team members with daily answering questions and assist with troubleshooting
• Monitor helpdesk volume, table changes, user feedback
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly exception reporting impact to revenue
• Database Quality Review (DB team product maintenance, revenue assignment)
• Executes high-risk data entry tasks.
Auditing and Compliance
• Manage quarterly and annual audits per company procedures to ensure successful completion of PWC audits.
-Monthly PWC user audit
-Quarterly PWC user access review
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and analytics teams to ensure financial data is leveraged effectively to support business decision-making.
-Publish to data sync providers.
-Weekly Analyze, Prepare for system merging/purging records
-Review Microsoft Dynamics AX OMS errors impacting revenue.
-Branch consolidations and revenue assignment per National Controls
-Lead M&A transition projects for new and existing projects
-Transmit reports - client scorecards.
-Weekly transition calls onboarding new clients.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Direct Reports
- Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources
Indirect Reports
- May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
Travel and/or Driving Requirements

Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job
Education Level: (Required): High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
(Preferred): Associate's Degree Or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience:. 5+ years of experience in the data maintenance.
Managerial Experience: 3+ years of leading teams
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
Supervising Skills, to include Delegating Responsibility, Training, & Evaluating Performance
Team Building Skills
Ability to Work Independently & Prioritize with minimal supervision, in order to Meet Deadlines
Intermediate Knowledge of PC Software Applications & Strong Understanding of PC Operating Systems
