Woodard Cleaning and Restoration Project Manager - Commercial Construction in Saint Louis, Missouri
Do you have experience in commercial construction? Can you manage competing priorities while staying organized? Are you someone who is tech savvy and always exploring ways to utilize technology to improve job performance?
As a member of our construction team, you will work year-round to help customers get back to their lives after they experience fire or water damage to their homes or businesses. As a Commercial Project Manager, you will oversee the quality execution of assigned reconstruction projects, assuming responsibility for successful outcomes and project profitability.
What You'll Do:
- Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Expertly manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Verify Estimator's and Contractor's scope of work
- Communicate and negotiate with customers, adjusters, and contractors
- Visit job sites to verify progress and assist crews and contractors in resolving challenges
What It Takes:
- 5+ years in Industry
- Tech savvy
- Current, valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
