Job Description
As a Quality Specialist in the beverage industry, you will be tasked with upholding the highest quality standards for our products. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include implementing and overseeing quality assurance processes, monitoring hygiene and sanitation, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining accurate documentation, evaluating supplier quality, recommending corrective actions for process optimization, conducting product and environmental testing, and collaborating closely with production, R&D, and logistics teams.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Saint Louis, Missouri.
Work Environment
Fast-paced production environment with strict quality standards. The role is primarily on the 1st shift, which may include holidays. Adherence to safety protocols and PPE requirements is mandatory. The typical work week will consist of 40-45 hours, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends.
