Description Robert Half Talent Solutions is partnering with a growing privately-held company in St. Louis searching for a Treasury Manager. Reporting to the CFO, the Treasury Manager will oversee the treasury function for the organization including daily cash management, bank relationships, working capital analysis and supervision of the Treasury Analyst. Treasury Manager requirements: BS Degree, CTP, CPA or MBA are plusses, 3+ years prior treasury accounting experience and intermediate to advanced MS Excel. Our client is looking for someone who is driven, focused, analytical and process improvement focused. Comprehensive benefit package and competitive salary and bonus plan depending on experience. Requirements • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software relevant to the job
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry as a Treasury Analyst or Assistant Treasurer
• Demonstrated ability in managing banking operations and cash activities
• Proficiency in handling accounting functions and check processing
• Experience in credit management and cash management
• Strong relations with banks and the ability to maintain them
• Experience in cash forecasting and creating financial projections
• Knowledge of management systems within the manufacturing industry
