ABOUT THE ROLE
The Electrical Engineer will join a global technology team of 120 engineers supporting the business.
LOCATION
Onsite - St Marys, Pennsylvania
*Essential Functions: *
- Lead design activities as part of New Product Introduction (NPI) teams and/or Custom Product Opportunities (CPO) that will include the following:
- Design and develop electrical circuits, schematics, bill of materials and associated documentation
- Execute root cause analysis
- Engineering support on installed base of product across various customers
- Provide manufacturing/production support
- Develop, design and process failure modes and effects analyses with associated control plans
- Develop costs associated with CPO and/or NPI designs
- Work with field application engineers to support the product with our customers
- Setting up and executing tests in an engineering lab environment
- Become an integral member of a dynamic team that delivers innovative solutions to our customers
- Other functions as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- BS in Electrical Engineering
- Ability to fluently speak and write in the English language

``` - Minimum of 7 years of Electrical Engineering experience post degree - Demonstrated ability to manage project tasks on time and on budget. - Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with co-workers - Six Sigma training and/or experience applying principles to process improvement and/or product development. - Demonstrated ability to be agile and adaptable as situations warrant
