Manpower Staffing Inspector 1st and 2nd Shift in Saint Marys, Pennsylvania

Are you looking for a rewarding job with flexible shifts? We have both full-time and part-time positions available in our growing company. Whether you prefer mornings or evenings, we've got the perfect shift for you!

Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: Mon-Fri, 7am-3pm
    • Pay: $11.50/hr
    • Attendance Bonus: $80 bi-weekly (that's an extra $1/hr for full-time!)
  • 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri, 3pm-11pm
    • Pay: $12.50/hr
    • Attendance Bonus: $80 bi-weekly (that's an extra $1/hr for full-time!)

Benefits:

  • Attendance Bonus: Part-time employees earn an additional $40 bi-weekly.
  • Dress Code: Casual attire allowed (jeans and t-shirt), with steel-toe boots required. Uniform shirts provided for UV inspection, laundered by PASI for a small fee.
  • Training Opportunities: Gain skills through machine operation and become a valued team member.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Visual Inspection: Inspect parts for defects as they move through our state-of-the-art machinery, requiring strong attention to detail.
  • Racking & Packing: Count parts, magnetize and dip them for UV inspection, demagnetize, and prepare quality parts for shipment.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Candidates must operate machines for a minimum of 35 hours before full training is complete.
  • Reliable attendance is crucial for success in this role.
