Members of the Outside Services team must provide superior customer service, exceeding all expectations for both members and guests. Team members must be detail-oriented and prioritize tasks effectively. Individuals must be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential job functions

• Provide outstanding service to all who visit the property. Customer service skills a must (personable, friendly, and socially engaging) * High degree of professionalism.
• Daily Outside Staff responsibilities include but are not limited to lining up all carts for daily play, clean and organize carts for daily "staging," bag handling, bag storage and club cleaning aligning with company standards.
• Assist with the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.

Preferred qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Customer service experience and golf knowledge encouraged.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must be friendly, approachable, and responsible.
• Must always be able to conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image.
• Ability to stand and walk (up to 2 miles) throughout entire shift.
• Ability to crouch, kneel, sit.
• Ability to pick up, push, pull, move 10 or more pounds.
