Job Title: Associate Finance Operations AnalystJob Description
This role supports and provides expertise for a suite of Cash Management products, supports assigned systems, executes operational transactions, supports clients on multiple operational systems and products, and participates in departmental projects. Duties include supporting ACH processing, MasterCard and Prepaid Card, Concur support, and assisting team members with duties related to exception processing and cash management products.
Hard Skills
Product expertise in Cash Management products (Concur Expense and Invoice, MasterCard T & E and Disbursement Cards, PrePaid Cards, ACH, Credit Line, FCM, Remote Payment Capture)
User set-up and maintenance
Issue research and resolution
General Ledger account monitoring
System update application and testing
Financial data and statistics analysis
Monthly and quarterly report preparation

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Saint Paul, Minnesota and some days remote.
Work Environment
Candidate will start in office on a hybrid schedule (first week) for training but then be mainly remote. 1-2 times in office/month and then in office for quarterly meetings.
