Aerotek Cnc Mill Machinist Pay Upto $45/hr in Saint Paul, Minnesota

CNC Mill Machinist

Job Description

  • This position is responsible for planning materials to be used and sequences of operations, setting up and operating machines and equipment, and performing progressive machining operations.

  • The role includes interpreting blueprints and drawings, producing precision parts of varying complexity often involving very close tolerances or unusual requirements, inspecting completed parts, completing documentation, and assembling parts as required.

  • Candidates will be working on very large mills making parts for military/defense and the aerospace industry.

  • Experience with overhead crane or hoist is preferred, as all products are moved.

  • The parts they make will also heavily rely on inspection experience.

Work Environment

  • Large open space, very well lit

  • Working with large product, however have overhead cranes to assist with all lifting

  • Well ventilated

Shift:

  • 2nd shift (3:00pm-1:30am Mon-Thurs).

  • Weekend shift (5am-5pm Fri-Sun).
