Benefit Eligible Benefit Eligible FLSA Status Exempt Office Location Anderson Center Location St. Paul, Minnesota Workplace Hybrid Job Summary Manage the execution and logistics of external and virtual recruiting events for CAS and CSG admissions in order to provide a cohesive, first-class initial impression of Bethel for prospective students and their families. Responsibilities Register CAS and CSG admissions counselors for all external conferences and recruitment events, book or coordinate all travel arrangements, ensure promotional materials are available and complete necessary preparations so counselors are able to maximize conference attendance. Provide post-event analysis. Coordinate the logistics of online information sessions and virtual events. Coordinate all aspects of event operations, including RSVP tracking, coordinating faculty representatives, strategic scheduling, marketing needs and post-event analysis. Provide day of event coordination. Track event budget spending for all conferences and events. Provide event analysis, strategic planning, and post-event evaluation. Coordinate partnership event logistics and details with the director of first impressions and the directors of CAS and CSG admissions- visit programs, program directors and/or faculty, and enrollment staff. Provide support to marketing projects and inventory for external events. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills Must be operationally oriented and able to plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously from ideation to completion. Must be able to track expenses toward a budget. Must be a proven self-starter with acute attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have the ability to work proficiently with a variety of technologies, such as Zoom, Salesforce, and other applications including Microsoft Office products. Must be organized, operationally oriented, and have effective oral and written communication skills to internal team members and vendors. Must be able to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple high priority responsibilities. Must be able to handle sensitive, confidential information in a mature, discretionary, and professional manner. Experience Required: 3+ years of experience in business, education, or project management. Preferred: Experience working in higher education. Education Required: Bachelor's degree. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in hospitality. Additional Information Ability to lift 25 lbs. Travel required. Must be physically able to carry suitcases and large recruiting displays across large parking lots and up and down flights of stairs. Hybrid job position. This is a 1 FTE, 12 months per year position. Must be willing to travel and work non-routine hours as needed during certain times of the year. Some weekends and evenings are required for recruiting events.
