We are hiring a full-time Housing Programs Case Manager to provide case management services to participants in our Housing Programs, including intake, screening, referrals, and monitoring. This position ensures that participants have goals, written plans, and the support to achieve these goals. The Housing Programs Case Manager builds and maintains community relationships to ensure effective coordination of services. The pay range for this position is $21.00-$23.00 per hour.
