Description Our client is seeking a FULL-CYCLE RECRUITER to support their team with field positions. The recruiter will be responsible for initiating the recruiting process by proactively sourcing for talent as well as working with hiring managers on open roles. This position will be a brand ambassador, ensuring that all candidates receive a world-class experience!
Responsibilities: Manages all schedules/calendars to schedule phone interviews, delivering all resumes and phone screen notes to hiring leaders to review for steps moving forward, drafting new full-time paperwork, and working with the Director of HR to ensure our candidates have an amazing hiring experience Negotiate pay, executes on job offers and benefits with candidates Uses recruiting software to proactively build a pipeline of talent Is focused on the candidate experience, is action-oriented and motivated by results Identifies and manages all vendor relationships with Recruiting Agencies Identifies and uses creative sourcing techniques when necessary for locating the right candidates, and networking at various types of events to attract passive candidates Reviewing and evaluating recruitment activities and initiatives to develop enhanced strategies and tactics which will increase the rate and number of successful hires. Partners closely with hiring leaders and provides consistent and speedy updates on open roles, showing a high sense of urgency Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the brand to ensure each candidate is a culture fit and technical fit for the roles being hired for Requirements BA degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent experience 4+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience Understanding of sourcing methods and strategies Very comfortable discerning information received from candidate interviews and making a confident decision in your hiring process Familiar with ATS softwares - Workday experience preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills High level of integrity and confidentiality Strong ability to be adaptable and open to all changes when needed Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain a detail oriented atmosphere in a fast-paced environment with numerous interactions and interruptions High degree of initiative, self-motivation and ability to motivate others
