We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for our growing team in Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the largest, higher risk, mission critical, and most complex information systems initiatives on time, within budget and with optimum quality. Responsibilities: + Manages enterprise-wide projects, teams, and programs through phases of the project plan. + Manages the budgets associated with the project, including capital, and manages all project deliverables, including customer satisfaction, quality to specification, technical achievement, schedule adherence and project cost budgets. + Plans, directs, and coordinates all project activities to ensure project goals are accomplished on time, within budget and with optimum quality. + Mentors Project Managers and Associate Project Managers on project management best practices and standards. + Prepares project plans, task plans, task effort estimates, budgets, statements of work, overall work effort schedules, and task dependencies which includes definition, scope, resources, and schedule. + Manages and coordinates the resources necessary to fulfill the project scope in a timely and cost-effective manner. Works across IS to identify the resources needed to complete the project. This could include participating in offshore resource allocation. + Prioritizes projects and tasks to achieve department and company objectives. + Ensures adequate and appropriate communication is maintained regarding all project status and priorities to stakeholders and executive management. + Ensures compliance with all aspects of the project lifecycle standards, project specification, project scope management, company policies, and procedures. + Provide thought leadership Business Alignment Lead and collaborate with business process owners and SMEs + Identifies, tracks, and manages all project related issues, risks, change requests, and action items. Responsible for appropriate issue and risk escalation. Basic Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience and 8+ years’ experience in enterprise leading projects of $1M or larger in size. + Experience with SAP implementations, best practices, configurations, and customizations. + Development of comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, cost, and resource management. + Extensive experience building bridges into the business to foster trust, collaboration, engagement, and adoption of new technology across an enterprise. + Proven ability to lead and communicate effectively with cross-functional internal and external teams. + Must have a solid understanding of corporate-wide functions, specifically how technology supports business processes. + Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps) + Proven ability to lead, develop and deploy high-impact projects in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: + PMP certified and/or Certified Scrum Master preferred + S/4 implementation experience ideal Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $105,000 – $174,000 annually with eligibility for a 20% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
