TEKsystems Service Desk Analyst in Saint Paul, Minnesota

Description:

• Resolve incidents and more complex work orders for our IT Users remotely through all intake methods. • Assist Incident Management and the EOC with notification and resolution during system/application outages • Resolve work orders following documented steps and training • Other duties as assigned
