Heidelberg Materials US, Inc. Production Supervisor (Night Shift) in Salado, Texas

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Oversee daily quarry production operations to ensure efficiency and safety.

  • Implement and monitor production schedules and quality standards.

  • Manage and train production staff to optimize performance.

  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.

  • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

  • Work Hours: 5 PM - 5 AM (Night Shift) Please note that work hours are subject to change based on operational needs.

Essential Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years in aggregate production or at least 3 years in a supervisory role within a related industry.

  • Strong leadership abilities with clear, concise, and respectful communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain composure and professionally present information, responding effectively to questions.

  • Motivation and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with fluctuating shift schedules, extensive movement across the plant, and occasional lifting of heavy objects and working in confined spaces.

Physical Demands of the Job:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
