As a Senior Client Accountable Executive (CAE), you will be the trusted partner with industry and client knowledge to build, maintain and leverage relationships that result in top client performance and business growth for both Oracle Health and the client. You will be a dependable advisor responsible for our clients achieving shared success of a current and future roadmap, embracing population health management strategies, and realizing meaningful outcomes that improve health and care delivery.

Responsibilities

Oracle Health is looking for a motivated Senior Client Account Executive to help drive strategy and business development growth with targeted key accounts in Ontario. The successful candidate is expected to build and maintain strong client relationships across multiple roles and levels, and be viewed as trusted advisor for the client by proposing solutions to their pain points and finding the right technology to help the clients achieve their goals. In addition, this role is viewed as an escalation point for client projects and support issues, and must behave proactively to ensure clients’ satisfaction. The successful candidate will be passionate about driving sales, possess a strong need be able to demonstrate that s/he is responsive, adaptable, results, and ownership oriented.

Responsibilities Include:

· Manage complex client relationship(s) and advocate for the client.

· Build and maintain relationships at all levels and strategic partnerships with c-suite executive leadership across the client organization.

· Build sales pipeline by identifying opportunities for existing Oracle Health portfolio as well as positioning broader Oracle offerings such as OCI and Fusion.

· Oversee all engagements with the client to achieve consistency in strategy, messaging and quality of interaction.

· Provide oversight of implementation delivery to ensure that value is delivered to the client as committed.

· Continuously grow the reference-ability of the client and ensure clients actively promote the value of the client relationship.

· Establish standard methodologies for client profitability management, including invoicing, accounts receivable, cash collections, write-off processes and contractual interactions

· Serve as the escalation point and facilitate resolution of issues requiring executive attention.

· The ability to work across and with several engaged teams as the unifying force for the client’s success is critical.

Preferred Qualifications Include:

· 6 or more years of healthcare or healthcare IT sales and/or consulting experience

· High energy, self-starter mentality

· Preferred Client management sales experience

. Demonstrates ability to achieve sales objectives and quota attainment

· Demonstrates excellent written, verbal communication and negotiation skills

· Displays above average customer orientation skills

· Above average analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Strong presentation skills

· Has superior communication skills to execute complex sales cycles and provide clarity to any problem resolution situation.

· Oracle Health experience preferred

· Ability to travel up to 25% time

· Bachelor-level or higher academic degree

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

Canada: Hiring Range from $102,400 to $190,000 CAD per annum

US: Hiring Range: from $90,100 to $147,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
