MuleSoft partners (ie. tech consultancies and system integrators) are critical to the success of MuleSoft and our customers. We are looking for an experienced Partner Marketer for AMER to work closely with our Channels & Alliances leaders to develop and execute a winning strategy that unlocks demand through our partners leveraging their industry expertise. The ideal candidate is a good human who is familiar with tech sales, has cross-industry marketing experience, is an excellent communicator, and has a track record of driving cross-functional marketing success.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the strategy and execution of partner marketing programs aimed to drive demand with AMER partners targeting key industries.

  • Leverage high-touch market-to programs to win hearts and minds of industry leads within partner organizations.

  • Tailor marketing programs for 1-1, 1-few as well as 1-many engagements.

  • Lead the execution of joint marketing campaigns and tactics including events, webinars, thought leadership, and internal communications for and with our industry partners.

  • Activate MuleSoft Industry Champions as a market-thru engine to increase awareness and partner driven traffic to MuleSoft content and properties

  • Work closely with the MuleSoft Channels and Alliances team, MuleSoft field team and Salesforce partner marketing team to execute key events and campaigns.

  • Track and measure the success in achieving SAL and pipe targets and modify programs as needed.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Minimum 4+ years experience in B2B marketing with 2+ years in partner marketing, event or field marketing at an enterprise SaaS company

  • Proven track record of building, leading, and managing B2B marketing campaigns throughout the pipeline funnel across web, social, email, as well as in-person events and other activities.

  • Excellent writing skills to deliver strategic messages in compelling fashion to teams inundated with information.

  • Expertise in speaking the language of both business and technical audiences

  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and senior leadership in a fast paced environment

  • Able to occasionally work flexible hours outside of 9 am to 5 pm to accommodate international team’s time zones

  • Strategic thinker who is able to blend technology and business strategy to develop compelling vision and strategy for partner success

  • ABM marketing experience a plus
