ManpowerGroup Project Coordinator in Salem, Oregon

Our client is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be part of the Technical Support Department supporting Onity products. The ideal candidate will have great communication and listening skills, be detail-oriented, and have 1+ year of experience in Technical Support, Call Center, or Help Desk roles, as well as basic IP Networking and PC knowledge. Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Location: Salem, OR (On-site Only)

Pay Range: $30/hr

What's the Job?

  • Set up and troubleshoot hardware/software systems and read/edit basic SQL scripts.

  • Assist with wiring diagrams (AC to DC conversion, grounding) and provide end-user support.

  • Offer technical assistance via phone and email for Onity products.

  • Maintain excellent product knowledge and ensure top-tier customer service.

  • Meet productivity goals in our fast-paced call center environment.

What's Needed?

  • 1+ year of experience in Technical Support, Call Center, or Help Desk roles.

  • Basic IP Networking and PC knowledge (Windows 7-10).

  • Detail-oriented with great communication and listening skills.

  • Willing to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours when needed.

  • Must work on-site in Salem, OR – remote work is NOT available .
