ManpowerGroup Project Coordinator in Salem, Oregon
Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial control systems, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Access Control department supporting commercial products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully with the organization.
Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Salem, Oregon (on-site only)
Pay Range: $30.00 per hour
What’s the Job?
Provide technical support to end-users of company products via telephone and email.
Set up hardware and software systems, including reading and editing SQL scripts and working with databases.
Interpret wiring diagrams for AC to DC conversion and grounding principles.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues while generating product replacement orders.
Meet productivity goals in a fast-paced call center environment.
What’s Needed?
1 year of Technical Support, Call Center, or Help Desk experience.
Basic IP networking and PC system knowledge (Windows 7-10).
Familiarity with SQL database reading and editing (preferred).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and on-site in Salem, Oregon.
