ManpowerGroup Project Coordinator in Salem, Oregon

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial control systems, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Access Control department supporting commercial products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Salem, Oregon (on-site only)

Pay Range: $30.00 per hour

What’s the Job?

  • Provide technical support to end-users of company products via telephone and email.

  • Set up hardware and software systems, including reading and editing SQL scripts and working with databases.

  • Interpret wiring diagrams for AC to DC conversion and grounding principles.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues while generating product replacement orders.

  • Meet productivity goals in a fast-paced call center environment.

What’s Needed?

  • 1 year of Technical Support, Call Center, or Help Desk experience.

  • Basic IP networking and PC system knowledge (Windows 7-10).

  • Familiarity with SQL database reading and editing (preferred).

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and on-site in Salem, Oregon.
