Job Summary The Director of Offer Management will have responsibility for defining and implementing a portfolio of key offers for Sorenson Enterprise. Including: XaaS, Software, Enablement, and Services. This role will analyze, develop, launch and support new and current offers surrounding products. being developed and designed. Focused on leading and supporting global Enterprise Sales to deliver upon the value proposition, offer capabilities demonstration and value creation modeling for a portfolio of product lines, cross-business. integration and vertical markets. The role will require strong discipline toward executable objectives that deliver value in the short term, while aligning with long term higher value solutions and corporate objectives. The primary responsibility of this position will be to work with product management, sales, and business development to create and manage a portfolio of software and services solutions strategy and roadmap for the global Sorenson Enterprise business. This includes creating a clear process to support the customer and business requirements to deliver solutions. This role will support current products/services through lifecycle as well as analyze, develop, launch and support new product/service lines in support of business transformation and strategic growth objectives. The successful candidate will be a seasoned business leader from the enterprise hardware and software industry with expertise designing and developing technology, leading the development of strategy, and aligning organizations to deliver on objective through influential leadership. He/She must also be an outstanding leader of people; capable of managing multiple initiatives and remote teams with a "hands on" player-coach style that affords a high degree of personal interaction with the process. This leader must also have an entrepreneurial approach and urgency to match their commercial aptitude. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Develop offer strategy to create and generate multi-million dollar annual recurring revenue (ARR) stream for Sorenson Enterprise * Create offer stack to launch the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model for Sorensen Enterprise * Design offer program(s) that monetize the lifecycle customer value model for Sorenson * Offer definition and specifications, market strategy and roadmap development becoming a subject matter expert for the Sorenson Enterprise portfolio * Position and differentiate offer through market, competitive, price, and gap analysis * Proactively solicit voice of customer to position and differentiate services in the marketplace * Provide ongoing cross functional management of the product/service areas to ensure representation of offers * Monitor trends, emerging concepts and technologies * Interface with multiple internal and external teams, to expand and strengthen the offerings to drive the strategy into applicable markets * Analyze sales records and market trends to help define market development opportunities and new customer applications * Develop a strong value proposition and key messaging to deliver through a variety of communication vehicles, including but not limited to promotional collateral, sales tools and PR activities * Interface with marketing communications to define and drive execution of the communication plans, go-to-market strategy, product positioning, key benefits and target customers * Plan and execute market development activities, including pricing, promotion and channel programs * Be a subject matter expert on service solutions supported * Develop operational models for existing and latest offers in preparation for launch and ongoing life-cycle support * Develop program and drive awareness within the different...
