Job Title: Environmental Health and Safety Specialist
Reporting To: Manager, Operations
Work Schedule: Hybrid - Salt Lake City, UT
To be considered for this role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
* BS in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Sciences or related field or equivalent experience * Three (3) years' experience in an EHS role * Experience with EPA, NFPA, OSHA regulations * Ability to relocate to the Salt Lake City, UT area
As an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist you will.... * Lead the EHS program at the Salt Lake City facility. * Oversee the following EHS Categories: Health and Safety, Environmental, Dangerous Goods Transportation, and Emergency Planning * Assess Federal and State regulations applicable to the facility and ensure they are met. * Implement site specific EHS programs. * Implement action plans for audit findings and incident reports. * Lead Safety committee and site emergency planning. * Conduct site reviews of chemical handling, storage and disposal. * Review new products for environmental risks

Salary Range Transparency: Salt Lake City, UT $70,000.00-$115,000.00 Hourly

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
