We are partnering with a leading global financial firm to find a motivated Financial Analyst to join their dynamic Private Wealth Management team in Salt Lake City. About the Role

As a Financial Analyst , you will play a critical role in managing the onboarding and maintenance of high-profile client accounts. You’ll ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, support accurate documentation, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the client experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee new account structures and ensure proper documentation

  • Conduct thorough due diligence, ensuring adherence to AML and KYC standards

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate document delivery

  • Manage product requests (options, margin, checking, debit cards) for client accounts

  • Ensure systems accurately reflect approved products and services

  • Resolve issues through coordination with internal stakeholders

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • Proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities

  • Experience managing client expectations

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Series 7, 9, 10, or 4 licenses

  • Foreign language proficiency

  • 1+ years of experience in the financial industry (AML, Compliance, or Client Onboarding)
