We are partnering with a leading global financial firm to find a motivated Financial Analyst to join their dynamic Private Wealth Management team in Salt Lake City. About the Role
As a Financial Analyst , you will play a critical role in managing the onboarding and maintenance of high-profile client accounts. You’ll ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, support accurate documentation, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the client experience.
What You’ll Do
Oversee new account structures and ensure proper documentation
Conduct thorough due diligence, ensuring adherence to AML and KYC standards
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate document delivery
Manage product requests (options, margin, checking, debit cards) for client accounts
Ensure systems accurately reflect approved products and services
Resolve issues through coordination with internal stakeholders
What You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree required
Proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities
Experience managing client expectations
Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Series 7, 9, 10, or 4 licenses
Foreign language proficiency
1+ years of experience in the financial industry (AML, Compliance, or Client Onboarding)
