What We Need:
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to be the supportive force that empowers our North America marketing team, in our Salt Lake City office. This position requires superior organization and prioritization abilities. A high level of professionalism in dealing with all levels of employees and the ability to build trust in the organization are critical. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. We rely on our associates for both flexibility and foresight, while maintaining competencies related to high-level systems and operations.

What You'll Be Doing:
Develop content for blogs, emails, websites, social media and other marketing collateral
Help coordinate campaign and trade show planning and execution
Conduct market research and share results with team
Own the social media strategy, monitor and respond on social media handles as needed, report out on metric
Organize and maintain marketing assets in our media library
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product management, marketing) for alignment
Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in our processes
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
BA/BS Degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field
3-5 years or experience in marketing and communications
Coursework emphasis in marketing, journalism or communications strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
Team player with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills
Self-motivated, results-driven and goal-oriented
Flexible and able to embrace change
