North America Marketing Manager

• Develop marketing plans to meet US and Canada brand KMD and brand growth expectations

• Strategically develop US market merchandising customer segments

• Create and coordinate the merchandising plans and promotional calendar

• Plan and coordinate US advertising campaigns

• Work with media outlets to negotiate pricing and ad placements

• Develop and analyze reports on customer purchase behavior

• Promotional forecasting & promotional calendar

• Cross brand/bundle category campaigns

• Direct mail marketing plans

• Marketing automation/drip campaigns

• Obtaining and sharing leads generated from campaigns

• New product launch campaign plans for the US

• Communication of merchandising and promotional plans

• Use of existing or create new video content to support merchandising plan

• Measure lead ROI for each campaign

• Report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotional offerings

  What you will need to succeed:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Writing

• Editing

• Strong Excel skills

• Data mining experience

• Presentation skills

• Campaign development

  What we’re looking for in you:

• Business undergraduate degree – preferably Marketing

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written

• Strong analytical and computer skills

• Previous data mining experience

• 3+ years of experience in marketing is ideal

• Experience with both print and digital media
