University of Utah PS Nurse Practitioner in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah
0.75 FTE(30 hours/week) 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week) options available for this position. The clinical Interventional Radiology Nurse Practitioner:1. Rounds and provides care for patients in general, fast-paced, SDU and ICU settings, as well as in-clinic2. Is responsible for completing history and physical examinations3. Ordering appropriate diagnostic studies, synthesizing information and making informed clinical decisions4. Developing appropriate care plans which are communicated with patients and family members5.
