Research Development Associate IV, VPCAT Program. This position will work closely with program faculty, junior faculty, senior mentors, and the other team members to guide the research development of faculty research scholars and the pre-award grant application processes. The position encompasses a diverse array of duties, such as intensive faculty development and mentoring, extensive knowledge of internal and external research resources and funding opportunities, metrics and productivity tracking, and preparation of research grants. Individuals will be responsible for all grant related program functions, interactions and tracking of faculty scholars, and for writing up and communicating results in a timely manner to Director and senior leadership. The research development associate IV will be expected to direct and lead faculty development interdisciplinary grant related training and participate on interdisciplinary teams and committees that have an impact on the overall operation, strategic direction and success of the office.
