CHG Medical Staffing Sales Development Representative in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah

Modio has streamlined the convoluted and messy process that is healthcare credentialing and saved countless years of manual and error-prone work in the process. As part of CHG Healthcare we are working to drastically improve the speed (and quality) of credentialing to ensure that our doctors can spend more time treating (millions) of patients each year and less time dealing with credentialing headaches.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As an SDR at Modio Health you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential customers through various channels including online research, social media, and industry events.
  • Outreach: Conduct outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social selling to engage with potential clients.
  • Qualification: Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team by understanding the prospect's needs and how our solutions can address them.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies for generating new business opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and leads in the CRM system.
  • Follow-up: Nurture relationships with prospects through regular follow-up communications and provide additional information as needed.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and sales metrics to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Enthusiastic and resilient, with a positive attitude towards challenges.
  • Quick learner with a passion for technology and innovation.

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $50,000 -- $235,000 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
