This position requires business acumen with technical savvy and a proven ability to work well in a highly dynamic environment while maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.

Essential Responsibilities

Identifies customer needs, secures commitments, and monitors progress of deliverables from internal and external service provider teams.

  • Ensures information technology adds the maximum value to customers.

  • Handle and structure engineering teams for delivering high quality solutions in a dynamic environment.

  • Performs the role as a technical product manager providing guidance to the architects and product management team on appropriate technology usage.

  • Works with QA and Operations group to make sure that product is delivered successfully in a timely manner.

  • Provides overall leadership for the development and implementation of integrated, cross-functional business technology solutions.

  • Manage people and financial resources while ensuring the development of high-quality technology solutions to customers.

  • Manages improvement of processes that impact customer satisfaction and relationships.

  • Lead, mentor, and coach staff - hold individual performance meetings, provide guidance for individual skill enhancement efforts, and assign appropriate workloads and stretch assignments.

  • Make an active effort to ensure there is strong, effective communication from the management team with the staff about how and why decisions are made at the local and System level.

  • Actively exemplify and promote the OneBank Behaviors.

  • Administers the budget and recoveries, including reporting and forecasting with a team of analysts.

  • Enables standardization, creation, publishing and maintenance of product requirements and feature roadmaps and other key product artifacts.

  • Ensures early detection of risks and appropriate risk response strategy. Guides risks to closure and escalates obstacles as needed.

  • Oversees or participates in product related communications to various levels of stakeholders (from technical SMEs to executive teams).

  • Ensures cross-functional dependencies are identified to enable product managers to establish priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field or equivalent work experience

  • Must be a US Citizen or a Green Card Holder with the intent to become a US Citizen.

  • Manages multiple IT processes within one or more functional area.

  • Ability to write clear and concise technical documents, including design documents, specifications, and technology roadmaps.

  • Deep understanding of technology-driven businesses, including technical components and modern application development processes.

  • Advanced experience using agile methodologies to develop and deliver products.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with cloud technologies and launching infrastructure or application development enablement products in the cloud based on cloud technologies.

  • Product Management and product delivery experience.

  • Experience in start-up and early-stage technology firms a plus

  • Marketing, sales and customer success experience.

  • Financial expertise and experience with financial reporting, budgeting process, forecasting and product chargeback.

  • Product Management and Program Management certification.

  • Practical experience with Agile/Lean best practices

Base Salary Range: Min: $123,100 - Mid: $159,900 - Max: $196,500 (Location: Salt Lake City)

Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
