We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team. This role will provide cross-functional opportunities to partner with leadership across Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy & Operations, Sales, Analytics, and Finance to drive various processes and strategic initiatives with a focus on real-time visibility into the performance of go-to-market teams. This role will also provide regular reporting and analysis for the Revenue Operations team and various stakeholders. An ideal candidate will have a love of technology, collaborate well in a team environment, and have a desire to work in a fast-paced role that is continuously evolving as our organization scales.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic decision-making and planning in partnership with Sales leadership: Produce analysis and recommendations that provide insight to Sales leadership on key decisions impacting our business; work closely with GTM Strategy & Operations, Analytics, Finance, and other cross-functional teams on annual planning

  • Maximize partnership value for key stakeholders within Sales, GTM Strategy & Operations, Finance, and People Ops by presenting timely and actionable insights on current and historical key performance metrics for reps, teams, segments, and divisions

  • Maintain and improve accessible sources of truth within Adaptive and Tableau for current and historical performance, quota capacity, headcount, and other team changes as the organization scales

  • Work cross-functionally on implementing strategic solutions for process inefficiencies to optimize for completeness, accuracy, and user experience

  • Proactive and timely communication with Sales reps, leaders, and other key stakeholders on key performance metrics

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience

  • BA/BS degree

  • Experience with data analysis and financial modeling, including intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. lookups, pivot tables, complex formulas)

  • Able to work independently, collaboratively, and on multiple initiatives at the same time with a demonstrable record of driving results

  • Detail-oriented and organized to ensure work is complete, accurate, and timely

  • Able to identify problems as well as propose and implement creative data-driven solutions

  • Resourceful, innovative, and are always looking for ways to drive process improvement and act as an agent for change

  • Strong verbal and written communication with good interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ideally 1+ years in a SaaS or recurring revenue business; Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Finance, Analytics, FP&A, or other operational or quantitative role preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Adaptive, and SQL

  • Degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Business, Economics, Strategy, IS, Statistics, Math, or other technical degree

  • Passion for working with emerging technologies and an ability to understand new technical concepts
