Digital Commerce Strategy & Performance Manager (m/f/d)

(contract limited for one year)

The Digital Commerce Strategy & Performance Manager is responsible for driving the adaption and growth of digital platforms within different markets. Main focus will be the adaption of Dentsply Sirona’s Ecommerce systems. Besides that, the role will closely engage with Dentsply Sirona’s sales force and customer service functions as well as with DS customers to create a common understanding of the digital commerce platforms as well as push their usage.

This role combines expertise across Ecommerce merchandising, Digital Marketing tactics and Analytical skills to provide a cohesive purchase experience to DS customers. It is also a key contributor in implementing customer-centric and innovative strategies that improve customer experience, business metrics, and operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to drive eCommerce revenue and adaption within global markets.

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to enhance the digital commerce channels.

  • Responsible for monitoring, reporting and understanding measurements of KPI’s and work on initiatives to improve eCommerce adaption.

  • Conduct analyses of initiatives to understand and communicate trends; translate data analysis into actionable business recommendations aligned with business objectives.

  • Partners with stakeholders in Sales and Customer Service to empower them to make customer-focused decisions, thereby enhancing the customer journey and driving revenue growth.

  • Develop cross-channel marketing strategies in collaboration with the global marketing and digital marketing departments to drive adaption and gain market share for the digital commerce channels.

  • Researches and understands both the market and user experience needs.

  • Translates customer feedback/needs into feature enhancements, create cases for new feature enhancements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness of eCommerce adaption.

  • Develop and align promotional strategy for digital commerce channels with local stakeholders.

  • Set-up, maintain and report on digital commerce promotion.

  • Plan and execute on digital promotional and merchandising activities on DS own digital commerce channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce merchandising and/or Digital Marketing and Sales within a B2B or B2C environment.

  • Ability to combine Commercial and product-focused thinking.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, analytical and leadership skills

  • Strong problem assessment, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills.

  • Strong technical project management skills

  • Strong business acumen

  • Ability to work within resources and time constraints.

Minimun monthly gross salary of at least € 2,392.00 (for Austria only) based on experience and skills
