Description We are offering an opportunity for an Identity and Access Manager to join our team in San Antonio, TX, Texas, 78207, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the access and identity security in our Information Technology department.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage customer applications and maintain accurate customer records
• Resolve customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts to take appropriate action
• Develop and implement access control systems to enhance security measures
• Utilize Microsoft Products, including Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Azure Government Cloud Services
• Adhere to Government Security Standards and manage server virtualization platforms
• Leverage skills in TCP/IP, DNS, DCHP, WINS, Active Directory, and Group Policy for effective IT management
• Maintain Office 365 management and Microsoft Server
• Utilize scripting and automation skills to improve operational efficiency
• Communicate complex ideas across functional and technical departments
• Maintain a valid Texas driver's license, motor vehicle liability insurance, and personal injury insurance
• Travel to remote sites within Bexar County as necessary
• Work flexible hours as required, including potential weekends
• Employ skills in Firewall Technologies, IDS, IPS, Auditing, Authentication, Computer Hardware, and Configuration Management. Requirements
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Identity and Access Manager or a related role.
• Proficient in Access Control, Cisco Technologies, Firewall Technologies, IDS, and IPS.
• Demonstrable experience with Active Directory is essential.
• Must have strong auditing skills and a solid understanding of authentication processes.
• Proficiency in computer hardware and configuration management is required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
