In this rewarding role you will:

Play a vital role in shaping and implementing the network expansion strategy and for ensuring proper management of current National and Business Vendor accounts. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with both existing and prospective accounts, validating their business models, and optimizing support for all programs. The Account Manager will develop and sustain strong, productive connections with Groups through regular, direct, and in-person communication. As a member of a cross-functional team, the Account Manager support the Manager and Sr Director for support of growth and maintenance of a robust network of healthcare professionals, ensuring high-quality healthcare services across all programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain relationships with both new and existing accounts by understanding their needs and maintaining productive connections through regular, direct, and in-person communication.
  • Supports leadership to ensure accounts meet customer expectations through proactive, predictive, and analytical management, while ensuring compliance standards and KPIs are achieved. This includes continuous review and monitoring of accounts to optimize performance for all programs.
  • Identify and implement enterprise-wide efficiencies and solutions to ensure a quality workforce and standardized processes and metrics.
  • Implement integration strategies and plans with relevant teams, organizations, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of strategic plans that enhance value, manage risk, and improve affordability, and support growth and quality.
  • Build strong relationships across accounts, offering valuable feedback to management and quality teams on issues, opportunities, and ways to enhance strategic priorities.
  • Supporting with the creation, implement, and execute detailed retention strategies for accounts in partnership with other teams.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Competencies:

  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel approximately 15% of the time or as needed.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication abilities.
  • Customer Data Analysis: Experience analyzing data to drive strategy and growth.
  • OSHA ADA Knowledge: Strong understanding of OSHA ADA regulations.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and informal networks to foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college preferably in a healthcare related field or equivalent experience/combined education
  • 5-9 years of experience in provider network contracting, negotiation required.
  • Experience managing Key accounts with responsibility for achieving business results is preferred
  • Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation

Pay and Benefits

Salary: $98,682- $120,611 p us an 8% bonus potential (pay varies based off location)
