Call Center Director needed for established call center. We're looking for a minimum 3 years experience managing a call center for inbound/outbound callers. Starting pay will be $24-26+/hour depending on experience. Manager will supervise a team of 50+ agents. Please submit resume for immediate consideration.

- Self-Motivated and with an acceptance of responsibility of achieving personal targets and KPIs
- A Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong organizational skills, and the ability to plan and prioritize your own workload
- Ability to work in a paperless and pen less environment
- Computer literate preferably with previous experience of working on internal databases or appointment booking systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
