Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Facilities Maintenance Technician. You will be responsible for various tasks including, but not limited to, using hand and power tools, reading tape measures, welding and fabricating, basic electrical work, plumbing, painting, and carpentry. This position requires a person with experience in commercial or industrial/manufacturing environments. Please note, this is not a make-ready/apartment position. The working hours will be an 8-hour shift between 6am and 6pm. The compensation for this position is up to $22 per hour.
