Hyatt Hotel Area Director of Security in SAN ANTONIO, Texas

The Area Director of Security is responsible for the oversight of the safety and security of the Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk and the Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk. This person will respond to guest and employee emergencies, complete incident reports, supervise and train the security staff, be a representative of both hotels within the sales process, support community engagement, and be an active participant in training and leading hotel staff in safety, hygiene and wellbeing.

Qualifications:
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Preferred candidates will have at least two years of previous customer service experience and Security Management or relevant management experience
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
