$38.09/hour (+.33/hr. Shift Diff) Based on experience & knowledge
3rd Shift :
7PM-7AM working 24/7 Schedule (3-2-2-3 rotation)
Sign on Bonus :
$1000 after 30 days,
$500 after 6 months,
Retention Bonus :
$500 after 1 year
Additional lump sum after 2 years

The Job You Will Perform:
At least one year (preferably 3 years) of successfulmaintenance environment, preferred.
Completion of an education program in electrical or industrial electrical or industrial training – OR – completion of an Electrical Apprenticeship Program and three out of the last five years’ journey - level experience as an electrician in an industrial maintenance field.
Performs a wide variety of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on a variety of electrical, mechanical, and conveyance system equipment;
Trouble shoots, disassembles, repairs, and monitors equipment as required when equipment failures occur;
Responsible for checking motors, pumps, gear boxes, conveyors, air compressors, drives, etc. assuring proper operation;
Adjusts critical tolerances of operating equipment such as pumps, gear cases, bearings, seals, etc.
Completes daily work orders as assigned and updates team with daily work reports outlining progress and new issues;
Trains team mates in keeping all equipment in good repair and regularly serviced;
Identifies and suggests new approaches or best known methods to foster continuous improvement;
Actively participates in safety meetings and follows safety guidelines;
Others duties per management direction.
Must be able to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams.
Good with working in a team setting alongside multiple other crafts.
Must be able to obtain and maintain all certifications as required by Company, and Law.
Must be able to work any shift and/or Over Time based upon workload and in accordance with the Handbook
Ability to read and interpret safety documents, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, electrical drawings, and electrical circuits;
Ability to troubleshoot industrial electrical/mechanical control systems down to component level
Preferred skills in pneumatics, electrical, PLC and hydraulics;
Basic computer skills
Operate or work in industrial conditions (i.e. warm/hot, dusty/dirty, around hazardous chemicals, noise, heavy machinery or elevated working surfaces with proper safety training and safety protection.)
Experience with layout of wiring and installation of wiring, conduit, and electrical apparatus in buildings in accordance with NEC.
Experience with Diagnosing and replacing faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment.
Knowledge of P&IDs, instrument loops, and electrical schematics
Strong math/physics understanding.
Instrumentation background on the Instrumentation Electrical side
Ability to pass standardized maintenance aptitude assessments.
