**Job Summary and Description

Responsible for supporting the business departments and their interaction with the various business applications in use at the Alamo Colleges District. The Systems Analyst will review, analyze, and evaluate requirements; and provide advanced technical support for maintaining the SCT Banner system or programs and systems supporting students, faculty, staff, Institutional Research and programs at Alamo Colleges District. A successful candidate will possess a combination of technical skills and functional experience with the designated system(s) for the area of assignmentusing the Banner Higher Education software suite and/or other reporting applications.This position is located in the Student Financial Aid office and reports to the Director of SFA responsible for all technical aspects of financial aid delivery.   • Bachelors degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
  • Three years or more experience with Banner maintenance support or technical support for research or marketing analysis as applicable.

Master's degree.

Degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, statistics or a related field.
