The VC-25B Material Analyst will be a part of the MMO team supporting the VC-25B program on 2nd shift. The selected candidate will be primarily moving parts both in and out of inventory, while directly supporting operations personnel. In addition, the candidate will be monitoring NCR queues, ANDONs, and performing physical inventories as required. Position is located in San Antonio, TX.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Applies change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions.

  • Applies Supply chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the supply chain.

  • Coordinates with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers.

  • Incorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into a production plan.

  • Coordinates part number attributes. Verifies the released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning system.

  • Releases and maintains orders.

  • Documents and resolves order delinquencies.

  • Reports schedule adherence issues. Applies developed solutions to inventory plans. Analyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventories. Creates schedules for products and services.

  • Coordinates and supports process improvements. Works under general supervision.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.

This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience) :

  • Experience with GOLDesp Systems

  • 1+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project

  • 1+ years of Shipside Production Support experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) :

  • 1+ years of experience in space/aerospace manufacturing or modification

  • 1+ years of experience in inventory management

Typical Education/Experience :

Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Summary pay range: $62,050– $83,950
