Description
We are seeking an ROI Clerk to join our team in San Bernadino. The ROI Clerk role offers a contract employment opportunity. As an ROI Clerk, you will support our facility's ROI process.
Responsibilities:
· This position supports the ROI process for SBMC facility assisting with medical/billing requests from Attorneys Insurance Work Comp Subpoenas Government agencies and patients.
· This positions is required to help us maintain federal and state regulatory standards and timely invoicing of completed requests.
· Each staff member is expected to complete 34 requests daily.
Requirements • Proven experience in Compliance in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in managing Invoices and Billing
• Knowledge of Insurance procedures, particularly Medical Coverage
• Experience in handling Complaints and resolving them efficiently
• Familiarity with Offshore processes and operations
• Understanding of Wages and payroll processes
• Proficiency in Backlog Grooming to ensure smooth operations
• Experience working with Government Agencies & Programs
• Ability to handle Subpoenas and other legal documents
• Experience in creating and implementing ROI Models
• Understanding of Civil Rights and their application in a healthcare environment
• Knowledge of Regulatory Standards in the healthcare industry
• Familiarity with TRICARE and other healthcare programs
• Proficiency in using NIS (Navy Information System) or similar systems. TalentMatch®
