Our client is a leading healthcare company in need of skilled and experienced Call Center Representatives in San Diego, CA! This position is fully onsite. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of call center experience handling high volume inbound calls, navigating computer applications, performing data entry, and scheduling appointments or resolving customer issues. This is a 6-month assignment, with potential to extend based on performance and attendance.
salary: $23 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Handle high volume incoming calls from members.
Create messages (capture full information from the caller).
Scheduling/Appointment Scheduling in EPIC (healthconnect).
Research member/patient information.
Research provider information for the caller.
Skills Required:
Operating multi-line phone systems
Typing: minimum 40wpm required
Call center experience preferred
2+ years of customer service experience
Office setting experience
Knowledge of medical terminology desired
