Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at a leading bio-tech firm. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to our mission of advancing biotechnology.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
Provide product information, technical support, and assistance with order processing
Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to address customer needs and concerns
Assist with product returns, replacements, and refunds according to company policies
Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer service enhancements
Requirements
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
Previous experience in customer service or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
Reliable internet connection and home office setup conducive to remote work
