The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.

**Ask us about our Hiring Bonus ffor this position$$$ We are seeking a dedicated Security Professional with a strong background in customer service and a minimum of two years of verifiable security experience. In this role, you will be on your feet for extended periods, responding to aid calls and incidents as a first responder, so First Aid/CPR certification is essential. If you do not already have, Securitas will provice for you! You should be tech-savvy, able to navigate client computer systems, and demonstrate the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Confidence and sound judgment are key, as you will be expected to lead effectively. If you're ready to take on a dynamic role, we want to hear from you!

Site is a 75-acre administrative and manufacturing facility. Officers may deal with customers, contractors, issue badges, field phone calls, and control access to the facility, among other duties. Officer may be required to patrol for up to 4 hours per shift. Officer must be comfortable walking and standing for long periods of time.

Required skills:

• Walking and standing for long periods of time

• CA driver's license

• Must be comfortable with providing First Aid / CPR as security will be first responders to any aid calls and or incidents

• Computer skills / tech savy is a must for this positions as you will learn and use client computer systems

• Strong customer service experience is required

• Must display ability to mutitask in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to lead and handle oneself with confidence and needs to be able to make good quick judgment decisions in stressful situations

• Prior verifiable Security Experience will be required. 2 years min. (Will be tracked by issuance date of California State Guard Card)
