Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum):

$46.957 - $60.590 - $74.223

The stated pay scale reflects the range that Sharp reasonably expects to pay for this position.  The actual pay rate and pay grade for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and employer business practices.

What You Will Do

Provides advanced level functional, operational support and customer service for Sharp HealthCare's Identity and Access Management department. This includes provisioning, de-provisioning, changing access, managing privileged access, and supporting certifications of access.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 Years Experience in information systems with a role that supports and understands Identity and Access Management concepts.

  • 3 Years Experience in information systems security administration in a multientity health care system.

  • 3 Years Experience with Active Directory management, Microsoft Exchange 2016.

  • Experience in supporting identity and access management principles.

  • Experience with IAM Concepts such as identify federation, multi-factor authentication, role based access control and access management processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In computer science, information systems management, or business management. Experience may be considered in lieu of education.

  • Troubleshooting experience with Cisco Clear Pass Network Console.

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) - (ISC)² -PREFERRED

  • CompTIA Security+ - CompTIA -PREFERRED

Other Qualification Requirements

  • Comp TIA Security+ required within one year of employment.

Essential Functions

  • CommunicationProvide evaluation reports and communication to the Manager of Identity and Access Management from projects and internal audits.Demonstrates strong communication and human relationship skills within the department, across the Sharp system and with the related systems vendors.Effectively identifies and communicates key issues and concerns.Proactively develops options and recommendations.Provides project status and reporting to key stakeholders.Professionally, clearly, and calmly communicate with hurried health care practitioners in a high-stress environment.Provide support to the organization and work effectively with physicians, management, staff, auditors, investigators, consultants and vendors.

  • Department operationsProvision and de-provision account access requests for Sharp HealthCare.Operational review and analysis of access requests to ensure compliance.Provide escalation support to junior staff on IAM operations.Accountable for Audit response, gathering information for both Internal and External Audit requests.Participate in role management development.Assist with the planning and execution of the Sharp HealthCare IAM program.Collaborate on the planning and execution of the IAM program roadmap.Ensure readiness for internal and external audits, including action plan to promptly resolve issues identified and ensure Standard Operating Procedures are created and followed.Serves as an advisor for policies/procedures and guidelines to data owners within the organization.Identifies high risk situations, apprising Manager, Technical Assistance Center or the Information Security Officer of the risk, and coordinates activities to reduce the risk.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Working knowledge of BMC Remedy Service Desk and Change Management Console or Ivanti Service Desk is preferred.
