Intuit Program Manager - Legal Operations in San Diego, California

Overview

This position supports the Legal, Compliance and Policy Organization (LCPO) programs, learning & development, knowledge sharing, and employee engagement. We are looking for someone who is energized by driving efficiency, is adept at thinking strategically, comfortable rolling up their sleeves to implement, and is both self-directed and able to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders. A successful candidate has good judgment, is able to anticipate needs, is resourceful, takes ownership of assigned responsibilities, and is able to communicate clearly. This role is hybrid with on-site expectations of 2-3 days per week

What you'll bring

  • B.A. or B.S. degree or project/program management experience

  • 5+ years experience in the areas of legal program/project management or legal operations in-house or at a law firm

  • Analytical, problem-solving, and communication experience

  • Proven track record of breaking down processes and identifying key pain points in order to deliver business improvements

  • Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups to set objectives and produce results

  • Experience with GSuite

  • Leadership and interpersonal experience with a proven track record of building relationships

  • Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team

How you will lead

  • Assist with the implementation and execution of Legal Operations strategic initiatives and annual goals to help scale our operations

  • Drive project and change management activities for the organization creating project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring progress, and effectively communicating with all involved parties

  • Operationalize ad hoc practices; maintain process documentation and knowledge base

  • Manage and improve new hire onboarding process, materials, and associated training to realize organizational efficiencies

  • Facilitate meetings by creating agendas and visual aids; document meeting minutes, tracking, and following up on action items

  • Drive operational efficiencies by creating playbooks, templates, training materials and other guides

  • Manage department GDrive, access provisioning, update content on managed sites and update links to content

  • Schedule and organize department events and coordinate speakers & other content

  • Proactively identify and assist with opportunities for department process improvements
