HOW YOU WILL IMPACT OUR MISSION
The Recruiting Coordinator supports the SDZWA Talent Acquisition Strategy and is responsible for completing a number of administrative tasks related to the full cycle recruiting process. This position reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Inputs data entry for all new hires with a high level of accuracy.
Posts jobs for open requisitions to recruitment sources including the internal job board, external job boards, social media, professional networking, etc.
Assists in coordinating all pre-employment requirements such as reference checks, background checks and drug testing.
Secures and maintains integrity of confidential information including Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
Works on special projects related to other HR activities, as business needs demand.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
JOB EXPERIENCE
Minimum of one year of data entry and/or related administrative support experience
Minimum of one year of HRIS, ATS, or other Recruitment systems experience. Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is a plus.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field
HR Certificate
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Great interpersonal and communication skills; Communicates effectively both verbally and written.
Must possess a strong work ethic, be flexible, customer service oriented and have the ability to anticipate problems and needs.
Understanding of HR policies and practices; Knowledge of HR resources and tools.
Ability to work accurately while handling a high volume of work.
Works effectively with others in a diverse environment such as peers, employees, and leaders.
Prioritizes the management of multiple conflicting tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Hourly Rate: $23.41 to $25.89
