Job Summary: Transfers and Renewals Specialist

The UPS Store (TUPSS) Transfers and Renewals Specialist plays a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships within the organization as well as to its franchisees. The Transfers and Renewals Specialist supports the Retail Operations team by managing Transfer and Renewal event timelines and collaborating with various internal workgroups. This position involves acting as a liaison, providing support, ensuring compliance with franchise agreements, and facilitating communication primarily with Field Support Operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, simultaneously keep various projects moving, and the ability to address and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-going support to field teams and franchisees to help meet event timelines and The UPS Store brand consistency.

  • Maintain reports to ensure accurate progress and visibility across various events.

  • Collaborates cross-departmentally to assist with executing TUPSS processes.

  • Facilitate progression of events provide timely execution of worklist SLA.

Preferred Competencies:

  • Applies UPS policies and procedures to situations and operations.

  • Understands features and business applications of UPS services, products and customer-facing technology offerings/solutions.

  • Displays comfort in multi-task work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office products or equivalent software.

  • Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Detail Orientated

  • Previous experience working in Law environment - Preferred

Other Criteria

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic

markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $26.70/ hour to

$33.35/hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to,

market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills,

and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants

may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive

compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments

under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon

a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance,

business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
