This is a Casual status CVOR RN position with12-hour shifts starting at 0600, located at our Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla. Casual requirements are 2 shifts and 2 calls per 4 weeks. Those calls can be replaced for shifts

As an RN in the Operating Room, you will:

• Work collaboratively and take primary responsibility for the patients care as delivered by the Care Team under their supervision to ensure optimal results
• Provide service and care-oriented environment for the patients

Required

1. One year of RN experience in the Operating Room, CVOR experience

2. California Registered Nurse License

3. Current American Heart Association BLS provider certification

4. Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English

5. Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors.

6. Registered Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing

Preferred

7. Bachelor's degree in nursing
8. Trauma experience
